We use organic ingredients as much as possible, and most of our ingredients are certified organic. Each of our items comes with a detailed ingredients list that will note which ingredients are organic. We also list certified Fair Trade items and use them as often as possible. Some items, such as sea salt, are not sold as “organic,” because they are wildcrafted. Others, such as herbs that we grow, are not given pesticides but are not certified as “organic” because they are part of our kitchen garden.
