Terms of Services
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All our Products made by us are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
INGREDIENTS
All food items are made in our cottage industry bakery under Texas state guidelines. Because they are made in our home kitchen, they may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts or other allergens. All ingredients are labels on each product, and each of the mandatory Texas state required allergens listed in the ingredients are stated on the label.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to determine if bakery ingredients pose an allergic risk to them. Feral Flour Breadworks is not responsible for allergic reactions due to contact with wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, fish, or crustacean shellfish (the nine major allergens identified by the state of Texas as mandatory for cottage food industry labeling), or any other allergens.
All products are labeled with the date they were made, and should be consumed or frozen within a reasonable time before spoilage. Feral Flour Breadworks does not use preservatives.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
All Feral Flour Breadworks orders are placed via the shop at feralflourbreadworks.com, unless other arrangements are made in writing. Please contact us for special order requests. All sales are final, and full payment must be made before we will bake your items. We need payment at least 40 hours before pickup, due to the nature of working with sourdough and long fermentation techniques.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
If we need to cancel the booking due to illness, extreme weather events, or any other unforeseen circumstance that affects the ability to deliver the ordered product, we will reach out to the customer to arrange either a refund or a reschedule (depending on our conversation and the situation at hand.)
PICKUPS
Feral Flour Breadworks operates as a microbakery from our home. The pickup windows are firm, unless prior arrangements are made in advance.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to check the state of products before leaving the premises. Once items have left the premises, the Customer is responsible to ensure that products get to their destinations safely and are stored properly to achieve best results for taste and quality.
DELIVERY
There may be times when we offer delivery for certain destinations. Delivery fees may be charged at our discretion. Customers need to arrange delivery in advance of ordering. Delivery is not a guaranteed service and should not be expected at all times.
If Feral Flour Breadworks is able to deliver, a delivery date and time will be agreed upon by both parties, and if the customer is not at the stated location at this time and date, and we are not able to contact the customer, the product will be transported back to our premises and it will be the customer’s responsibility to collect the product.
PUBLICATION
We reserve the right to use any image of a product made by us for publication at a later date.
THIRD PARTY PICKUP
If a third party will be collecting the cake on the customer’s behalf, we may require a release form to be signed by that person, stating the baked goods are received in good condition at the time of pickup/delivery.
DAMAGE AFTER PICKUP
The Customer is liable for any damage, accident, or mishap that may occur once the baked goods are released from the care and custody of Feral Flour Breadworks (FFB). FFB is not liable for any damage that may occur thereafter.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
All sales are final. However, if there is a problem with your items, please let us know and we will determine the best way to make it right for you.
POSTPONEMENT
If something happens that requires a postponement of your order, please reach out to us ASAP so that we can best determine what to do.
