Our classic sourdough boule. We create our sourdough loaves with stone milled ancient, heirloom, and artisan grains. All ingredients are organic, fair trade, and local whenever possible. Each loaf is slow fermented with our sourdough starter that was born in San Francisco and raised in Denton. Our loaves average 2-3 lbs weight after baking.
