Our classic sourdough boule, but in a smaller size. These loaves weigh approximately 1.5 lbs after baking. We create our sourdough loaves with stone milled ancient, heirloom, and artisan grains. All ingredients are organic, fair trade, and local whenever possible. Each loaf is slow fermented with our sourdough starter that was born in San Francisco and raised in Denton.
