Our sourdough loaf full of Mediterranean favorites! This bread features organic Greek Kalamata olives and our homegrown, pesticide-free rosemary. Our loaves are made from ancient & artisan organic grains and slow fermented with our wildcrafted starter, which was born in San Francisco and raised in Denton. Each loaf weighs between 2-3 lbs after baking.
