Ths is a smaller size of our sourdough loaf full of Mediterranean favorites! These loaves weigh approximately 1.5 lbs after baking. This bread features organic Greek Kalamata olives and our homegrown, pesticide-free rosemary. Our loaves are made from ancient & artisan organic grains and slow fermented with our wildcrafted starter, which was born in San Francisco and raised in Denton.
