This is a smaller size of our favorite seeded sourdough! These loaves weigh approximately 1.5 lbs after baking. This loaf is our classic sourdough boule with a generous helping of pumpkin seeds (pepitas) and sunflower seeds! We use raw and unsalted seeds, and we create our sourdough loaves with stone milled ancient, heirloom, and artisan grains. All ingredients are organic, fair trade, and local whenever possible. Each loaf is slow fermented with our sourdough starter that was born in San Francisco and raised in Denton.
